lucien is a frumpy sourpuss whos so mad at everybody bc they dont take him serious; his freaking sister is kindapped by a shithead billionaire and nobody gaf!! it sucks. he also has this little animal with him who loves him but hes kind of annoyed by it. its the only lead he has to go off to find his sister though and its very helpful for comitting heists so he takes it with him everywhere anyway
STORY
After Lucien's sister, Claudine Noir-DuGard, went on a business excersion, she hasn't been home since. She's full-time employed at OROCORP, but last he tried to visit her and ask where she's been, she didn't recognize him whatsoever. Lucien is convinced that the CTEO, Orion Orobouron, is behind something incredibly suspicious, and he's determined to take him down so he can get his sister back. He arrives at DIAGNOSTECH to ask Emma for help in accessing Zipper's memories of his sister, as she created it, to find out about the events that lead up to her brainwashing.
